Artica, Visualino and Gyro

Gyro Prototypes

Last year Artica bought the prototype of Gyro, Farruscos’s educational robot successor, to the Maker Faire.

This year they’re sharing the first 20 final prototypes production process, including 3D printing, CNC parts, silicon molds techniques for the motor supports and shells using polyester resin, final polishing and other tricks.

Artica is also presenting Visualino for the first time, an innovative web based visual programming tool aimed at the Arduino platform, which uses a well known paradigm from the gaming industry called behaviour trees.
