The Gyro Glove is, well, a glove, that allows data acquisition from the fingers and articulations of one’s hand.
This data is acquired using several IMUs is specific areas and are then transfered to the computer using bluetooth, which then allows to replicate the hand movement using a rendered 3D model. It also allows to do gesture detection or replication using a robotized hand, etc.
All of the electronics was made in the spirit of DIY, of course.
