At the faire: Point-A-Satelliteinator

Posted on 12 Aug 2014

Nuno Correia is no stranger to us. In fact he participated in our Portuguese Makers Hangout #2 a few months ago.

This time, inspired by the ISS-Above project and some theory and code examples he’s been reading about, Nuno is proposing us the Point-A-Satelliteinator project. His pitch: “Up in the sky, look: It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s Superman!.. err… Maybe it’s a satellite”.

He’s building a neat gadget that allows one to select an artificial satellite from a list (which can be observed in the horizon) and then it will point at it, maybe using a laser, a mechanical finger, he’s still deciding.

We thing this Maker Faire Lisbon worth material, so welcome aboard Nuno!
